Notice (as of May, 1):<\/h3>

Due to the high number of article submissions and their quality, the large number of accepted papers does not allow for all of them to be presented orally. Some will need to be presented as posters. Please use the provided template<\/a>.
Poster presentations will not affect the publication of the respective papers in the Proceedings.<\/p>

Note 1<\/strong>: Oral presentations will be limited to 10 minutes, and there is no template required for them.<\/p>

Note 2<\/strong>: The Programme, to be released very shortly, will include information on which papers are scheduled for oral presentation and which for poster presentation<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Submitted papers must have either 6, 8 or 10 pages, including the references. Less than 6 or more than 10 pages are not recommended, neither are papers with an odd number of pages.<\/p>

The full paper should fulfill the template accordingly to the\u00a0docm<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span>,\u00a0docx<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/span>formats.<\/p>

All submissions will be\u00a0peer reviewed\u00a0and the accepted papers will be published by\u00a0Springer,\u00a0with ISBN, in a conference proceedings\u00a0ebook. These papers are DOI\u00a0assigned as well as Google Schoolar and Scopus Indexed *. A link to the conference proceedings ebook will be delivered to the delegates upon registration.<\/p>

All authors are invited to submit full paper\u00a0here<\/b><\/a><\/span>, by clicking the button “Submit Now”. (An option to create the needed EquinOCS** account is available, subsquently, under the button “Register”).<\/p>

The organization recommends that authors utilize plagiarism detection software prior to submission, as all articles will undergo such verification by the publisher.<\/p>
